The Sectorforce Reciprocal Entrepreneurship model is inspired by the principles of Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), an innovative and highly-successful community-building process
developed at Northwestern University's Institute for Policy Research by
John P. Kretzmann and John L. McKnight.
ABCD focuses on discovering and creating community assets, while taking advantage of existing community strengths, capabilities, capacities and other resources instead
of surrendering to obstacles, weaknesses and liabilities.
Reciprocal Entrepreneurship is designed to function as an ever-evolving business, industry and community
"asset" and a catalyst for continuing business growth, non-profit sustainability and community economic development. The methodologies function independently but can be aligned under appropriate circumstances.
